The staff at the Four Seasons is there to make you comfortable. They are helpful, polite, and always ready to respond. This is a wonderful hotel in Chicago!!

Like is not the word to say about this fabulous establishment. Love, Would be the proper way to describe my home away from home. Not being in my country home, But giving us the city lights that we miss so much in our country town.

The hotel in general was avarage given its price range. It definitely meets the Four Season's overall quality standards and located in a nice neigborhood; however there is nothing extraordinary pleasing about the service and the rooms.

I loved my experience at the Four Seasons. The staff was great. The environment was perfect for relaxing, unwinding and forgetting about everything but pampering yourself. I had a wonderful facial too.

I found the Four Seasons luxurious, service lived up to its 5 stars. The shampoo, soaps and other products were worth purchasing as is the matress that is made exclusively for the hotel. I enjoyed my conference stay and look forward to returning while in Chicago.
