This hotel worked hard to make sure that our group's stay was as pleasant as possible, even though there were some glitches to begin with (thanks to an online discount reservation service). The staff was friendly, and always ready to help us out. Thanks bunches to them! Am making my reservation here again this year for the conference I will be attending.

The staff was amazing and made me feel right at home. General Manager Emily Vogele went out of her way to make sure that myself as well as other guests were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest. I will always stay here on my future trips to Kansas City.

This is a great little hotel. It has the style of a 5 star hotel at great prices. The best bed I have ever slept on & great staff

I had a wonderfull time while staying here. The beds were comfy, the rooms were just the right size, and the breakfast was outstanding. The rates were well within my or any other business travelers budget.
The service was the best of all. The front desk staff made me feel like I was at home even though I was far from it. I would make it a point to stay here again on my way through and would recomend it to anyone else.

The manager was great, the front desk staff was helpful, the breakfast had a lot of variety for my family and the beds were fantastic. The decor was top notch and it was right around the corner from shopping and restaurants. all in all, a wonderful experience for everyone.
My children already miss it there.
