the Staff was the rudest of all we encountered in Italy. we had requested rooms side by side or with connections as we were travelling with our two kids and we got rooms on different floors and miles apart. My bathroom had a sewer smell emanating from the bath drain and we asked to change rooms, be closer etc and got the cold shoulder. they do not like Americnas at this hotel. Stay ANYWHERE ELSE
