I had a reservation here, and when I arrives they were extremely rude to me for waking them up. I am a disabled person, and I often travel late, I have never had so many problems checking into a hotel during the night!! Especially since they knew I was comming! I was treated so badly that I ended up leaving without even seeing the room!
