Unless you're looking for a motel 6 experience, spend a few extra dollars to avoid the nightmare of a stay you will have here. Simple conveniences of things like towels and an ice bucket are non-existent, yet exposed wires, old food in the hall, and overflowing toilets are all around. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this hotel at all costs

We just returned from several days at The South Seas Hotel in July. Cute little place, not as big as other hotels but still big. Super clean, friendly staff, gorgeous room, great view. Free breakfast was good, the restaurant and bar are great. They had good food and drinks. The pool was clean and hammocks were relaxing. Beach is a 5 second walk. Small walk to Lincoln Rd and Espanola Way. Lots of shops and place to eat. Jerrys deli is awesome, block away.

Will Stay here AGAIN!

we did not like the service that was provided to us we had no wash rags or towels in the morning. We had to wait hours until they washed all the wash rags and towels. The food was horrible, and the air conditioning did not work properlyl. The only thing we liked was the location is was great!

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and it was great. It is located in South Beach near all the activity, the service was great, the rooms were spacious. The pool was awesome and the free breakfast was a great start to the day. Also, you have direct access to the beach. You can't go wrong staying here.

The pool, bar area and access to the beach is very nice and has everything you could want. The location is superb, with easy access to Lincoln Road mall, the beach, and the public parking garages. The rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but the bed and pillows are quite comfortable. The staff is friendly. Don't stay on the first floor unless you want to party all night.

There are no bad things that I can say about this hotel. I loved this place! The people are polite and out to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The rates were perfect for the location (1 black away from The Delano). I thought I was gonna have a Breakwater Hotel flashback but it was the opposite in every extent of the word. i felt like i was on an island. the back of the hotel had hammocks and when you layed in them you could see the ocean, it was wonderful. the pool was clean and the bar was right next to it. food was great. the only bad thing was that they didnt have dressers(no drawers), for two girls in a room for a week with no drawers, a huge mess.
