Awful, It's a Dump!!!Lack of customer service, the room was
run down, no door knob on bathroom door, bathroom light didn't work, didn't really feel safe there at all, to many shady characters hanging around in lobby.
poor housekeeping, just a very bad experience. please look elsewhere!
San Antonio you can do better,knock it down,before a customer gets hurt.OVERALL

Worst Hotel Ever!Dirty, old and not accomodating hotel! Located next to a salvage yard! Drunk people knocking on your door all night. Towels are as big as hand towels and so thin. AC was not on when we checked in (San Antonio at the end of May 90+ degrees!). No remote for the TV. Blinds didn't close. No ironing board or iron in room. No closet in room.
