The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby decorated in antiques, the rooms are modern and clean. However, the staff ignores you, and when you finally DO get their attention, they act as if you are intruding on their personal time. Old Fashioned, charming rooms, wonderful staff & service, great location. The one draw back during my stay was the loud music that could be hard at night from this bar across the street. Overall, though, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Reno.

The Plaza is near all the action but is quiet, spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with hundreds of antique furnishings, it is a fine hotel. The staff is very helpful with excellent service. The hotel appears to be a timeshare, which is a plus. We would stay there again.
