There was absolutly nothing bad about this place! It's a short walk from the bus stop we always had to use and it's a short walk from shopping. We even walked to the magnificent mile! In a great part of town and the people there are nothing but helpful. The free breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. Would recommend this place to anyone!

GREAT STAY NEAR WRIGLEY....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/10/09
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times . Never had any problems it is in a great area with some wonderful restaurants close . It is about a 1 mile walk Wrigley field . Rooms have always been clean and the staff with a smile . They offer a great breakfast in the morning . Keep in mind that the building is older but it has been taken care of . I am sure you will enjoy your stay . Book early room go fast when the Cubs are in town ,
needs to soudproof the room better. to block the street noise. elevator was slow. the windows don't open. a/c sounds like a airplane. you have a choice of being too hot or not sleeping or cool but noisy. i wouldn't stay here again.
This hotel was perfect for my stay. It appeared very clean, beds were comfy, staff was excellent, breakfast was nice and bally's fitness was just around the corner - free. All of the bad reviews on other travel sites made me very nervous about staying here (everything else was booked or overpriced), but they were wrong. It's not the Ritz, ...

Great place to stay for Cubs game
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/25/08
Stayed one night while in town for Cubs game. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. As the building is older, corridors are a little narrow, but plenty of space available in rooms - particularly the walk-in closet.
Days Inn website says valet parking is required, but this isn't true. Self-parking is available in the Century Mall garage ...

Charged me for a night I didn't say!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/08
I don't know how this error happened, but after I departed I was charged on my credit card for a night's stay that I didn't stay. After a lot of run around from the reservations department through Days Inn, I didn't get very far. Be cautious! Get a copy of your bill when you leave and hold on to it!
I just can't say enough great things about this hotel. perfect place to stay if you just want a relaxing weekend. Everything is at your fingertips. Walk out the front door and shopping is rigt there. Anything you might want or need. restaurnts of all kinds. The rooms are clean, clean, clean. The staff is wonderful!! They go above and beyond ...

Quite Impressed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/17/07
The room was quite small but that was OK as it's only for sleeping. Location was good, some very nice shops and restaurants nearby. Downtown easily accessible by taxi. Everyone I came in contact with was most helpful and extremely friendly!!!
the people up front were SLOW checking people in and we waited for what seemed like forever and the party in front of us was checking into 2 rooms, there was a problem with their reservation so we managed to give up our room for them and be upgraded to the executive suite for no charge! It was a great hotel to sleep at, you wouldn't hang out in the lobby here or anything!
I ws new in town, I didn't know anything or anyone! I had an awful time cause the hotel was far from all the exciting things, so I spent the trip in my hotel room. It was a wasted trip.
