Clean, friendly, noisy outside

Friendly, helpful staff, clean room, indoor pool, breakfast, wireless.
Thin exterior walls through which we heard some road noise and loud leaf blowing from an adjacent property at 1:30am.

The bathroom definaly needed some repairs; it was creeky, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. I hated that the rude hotel staff gave us smoking rooms, and they were not very friendly at all. In fact, they could have used an attitude adjustment. The pool was fun to swim in, although it was green on the bottom of the pool in certain areas. ...

We stayed here over a very busy weekend for the hotel. When we arrived they were turning people away without reservations. The evening staff was great and very helpful. The daytime staff while helpful they were a little "cool". For the price we could not have had a better place. There were a few minor problems but nothing that ...

While enjoying the indoor pool, no one in the staff told the guests that the town had lost power until we all started getting cold. In West Virginia, hotels should be used to the type of whether that causes problems with electricity; they should have their own generator. This facility is not for families it is catering more towards singles and blue-collar employees. The facilites that are on sight are pool and spa which are proposing a hazard with the wall tiles falling off and the odor coming from the spa the rooms are somewhat clean, and newly decorated. However, the facility has problems keeping clean stock of bath linens and necessities.
