we stayed in 2409 and when we arrived the bell hop outside was extremely nice but once in the hotel the person that assisted us in the room waited in the doorway and stated who was going to take care of me in a rude way. on the next day, the housekeeping ladies did not clean up the room ,we had to call to the front desk. the greeters in the lobby ...
This hotel was awesome. We loved every minute of our stay. We had the finest of linens and bath soaps, lotions and shampoos from Bath & Body Works. I Loved everything about this Hotel from the time I spoke with the Hospitality Clerk,till the time I walked through the lobby and checked in.OMG and the beds were so comfortable,the tv could've been more stylish but hey it was Grand and it served the purpose that I planned for.

This after we spent at least 30 minutes looking for Champions only to find that the name had been changed, but not indicated on any of our check in information. I love this hotel. Everytime I go to Atlanta, I stay in the Marriott Marquis.
This hotel is located in the heart of Atlanta, but it's an excellent hotel. The rooms were big and clean. Wonderful service.
