room smelled like smoke. the staff wasn't nice. lobby had a roof problum. the room wasin bad condition. the bath towels were disliked. breakfest wasn't replished. elevator out of order. could've used better tv remote. the whirlpool didn't work. the sheets didn't fit the bed properly. i wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel was older, but has been remodeled and is a good bargain for the price. We stayed for 2 month's and can honestly say that the hotel staff was courteous and very helpful. Eveyone of them helped make our stay as pleasant as it could be, for being away from home. I used the internet for hours daily with my work without any problems. There are several restuarants in within walking distance.

The room was freezing when we arrived-the heater had not been turned on ahead of our arrival-we had reservations. The remote had no battery, the bathroom could have been cleaner, the coffee maker was broken.

This is a basic corporate hotel conveniently located. Staff was very helpful when we needed anything. Free wireless and hardwired hi-speed internet. Breakfast is basic continental with great coffee. Great rates! A lot of restaurants close by and close to downtown Naperville.

The Best Western provides a good wireless internet connection without additional charges. And a nice table to work with your laptop.

It is conveniently located between I88 and the Ogden Shopping Mall and has lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood.

The receptionists are forthcoming and the hotel is clean enough to come back whenever we need to be back in this area.

Had a soccer team. Had we not been with with many families we would not have stayed.

Half the rooms air conditioning did not work. One family tried 3 different rooms attempting to get one with a/c. Only half the lights worked in our room. Rooms were filthy. Looked under the beds to see old cups, food, etc. Fruit flies covered the bagles in ...
