not applicable very noisey. office needs remodeling as well as the rooms. very cheap on providing coffee packs and creamers etc..
a privacy fence would help to make the guests feel more comfortable. Don't advertise breakfast if they don't provide same.

I was just needing a cheap hotel to stay overnight for work a few nights a month so I checked out this hotel. It was very affordable, only $30 a night. It wasn't a fancy place by any means, but the room was clean, the room I stayed in had brand new bathroom fixtures including the tub, and it was very satisfactory overall. I will definitely stay here again.
