Easily the worst place I have ever stayed at

The original review on the Yahoo site must have been written by the owners. This place is ripe for the wrecking ball. The funk that greets you as you enter your room is shocking. Once you get use to the must / mold / fungi odor you can focus on the worn out general shabbiness of the room.

Our place on Cape Cod

It was very comfortable,clean and had character. More like a bed & breakfast than a motel. Not right on the beach, but very close to everything if you have a car. It had a nice big yard, barbeques and an outdoor pool.
We'll definitely go back. It's a great base for seeing Martha's Vineyard, Falmouth's beaches, and more of Cape Cod.
