    it is actually disgusting. the rooms were so small dirty and the shower didn't even work. It is cheap but I would have rather spent 30 extra bucks for a real hotel. the sheets were dirty and I do not even think washed and there were cockraoches. It was disgusting all I can say is run AWAY

    I love the place...centrally located. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rates just cant be beat. I've been going there for years and now that I live in Arizona..its the only place I go when back in Orange County. I recommend highly

    FOR THE MONEY I SPENT(35.00 AAA RATE) THE INN WAS VERY NICE!! THERE WAS ENOUGH TOWELS, NO SHOWER ISSUES,NO STAFF COMPLAINTS, TOLIETS WORKING JUST FINE, AND VERY QUITE....
    AS A SINGLE FEMALE I FELT VERY SAFE STAYING THERE...THIS PLACE WAS CLEANER THAN THE HOTEL ROOM I PAID 100 BUCKS A NIGHT TO STAY AT!! THE FRONT DESK LADIES WERE VERY PLEASENT TO ...

    (1) Pro -
    Althogh it was really close to Interstate 5, room was quiet.

    (2) Cons -
    My wife's one-piece cloth and my son's Polo shirt and pants were missing. The staff did NOT do anything but to say that their room service staff don't touch customers' stuff.

    The carpet was so dirty, we literally worn shoes ALL the time to include right after shower.

    The washing machines was full of rocks.

  • We didn't like it at all.

    The motel was located by the 5 fwy. It is convinient but not confortable at all. The worst thing that I experienced at the motel was in the bathroom. When I take a shower, it was clogged up easily. They don't provide enough towels and bath mat and the quality of towels were horrible. I do not want to go back the motel anymore.

    This was not my first experience at the Key Inn. On a previous trip to Southern California I stayed at the Key Inn, based on its' relatively close proximity to my work site.     The staff made my stay much more enjoyable. They were polite and courteous and very knowledgable. My room was clean and fresh. Housekeeping always had a smile on their face and were always eager to greet me with a hello. On future visits to California and the OC area, i will be staying at the Key Inn.l

  • The Best Part Was Leaving

    This motel is one of the worst I have been to. The women at the front desk were very rude and unwilling to help. When we got to our room it seemed nice at first but the toilet was broken and could not be fixed, they tried to move us to another room (smoking room) that smelled really bad. After offering to give us a smaller room we decided to leave. ...

  • Nice clean low priced inn

    I thought this inn/motel was much better than those motel 6 chains I usually stay at. And the prices are comparable or better. Much cleaner (due to renovation) and I could hear people staying in the other rooms much less. Probably coz less people know about this great little find. I would definitely come back to stay here again. Didn't know this inn was a great local accommodation. And I live nearby in Irvine anyways.
