it was a horrible experience,i checked in and checked out in 30 minutes ,i saw roaches in my room ,fridge was out of order ,smelled yuck .i left that horrible place and drove home in the middle of night my kids said its better sleeping in the car then sleeping in a room with roaches ,even the yellow book was half eaten by the roaches .so i will never go in that spooky dirty horrible heritage inn again

The good: Its cheap and in an central location to most things
The Bad: Its not in the best neighborhood, not very pleasing to look at, the hotel ad pics are kind of deceiving, the maid came late afternoon to clean and didnt change bed sheets one day. Free Internet didnt work, There was 4 police cars in the parking lot when we came in from night out. I will not go back.

Site says $56 dollars a night, but called and they said even mid-week was $89.

For the price its a great hotel. The staff was helpful and accomodating. I liked the location to the beach and the fact that my family could come back to the hotel after a full day at Sea World and still have a great view of the fireworks from our balcony. As a family, it was also nice to have a guest laundry facility. Overall, great spot at a fair price.

Don't believe these reviews!! The employees wrote them. This place should be called Senor Low Budget. I can go on and on and on and on and on and ....You get the idea I hope...This place Loves Bugs!! Don't Stay Here OMG!!

This is what I would expect in a hotel. A clean, no frills value priced hotel with a staff that seams to care. Its nice to find a hotel that is not like all the similar corporate hotels.
The hotel is very close to Sea World and there are not very many that are closer to the beaches ( none at this price ). Lots of restaurant choices within walking ...
