My husband and I just got back from a week at the Mountain Home Inn celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. This inn is beautiful. We got a high-end room with a jacuzzi bath, fireplace and deck. Nice setting and good food but the service was terrible. There were long waits in the dining room (two sets of visitors complained while we were there); dirty towels left in our room from previous guests; some of the staff were rude; and they messed up some of our hotel charges and had to call us weeks later for additional billing. Overall, more frustrating than it was worth.
