After a terrible experience with the person at the front desk (Bob) I will never return to the hotel or recommend it. He was disrespectful, accusing, rude, and in general a nasty person. When we had problems with our room he accused us of causing them.

The manager Bob is extremely rude. The maid didn't bring us another (tiny) bar of soap on our second day, so we had to go to the front desk to ask. It was 6 pm. The people are nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, we had a great view of Morro Rock and the water and it's a block up from the quaint town of Morrow Bay! We were very pleased with the accomodations and the price!!

Service was, and is, as good as it gets. Manager, office, head maid, housekeepers, laundry, maitenance, and gardener are helpful,honest, and hard workers. It was quick and easy check in.
