    What I did not like about this hotel are many things. Check in was not friendly!I felt the man at the desk could care less if I stayed there. They put me in a handycap room, I am not handycaped. I am 5'10" so all the counters and sinks were uncomfortably too low. The Bed spread was old and worn out. The bed was horable. The overall room ...

    I like the spacious rooms, the friendly service, and the scenic locale - a couple blocks from the Sound, with view of, and in the heart of an attractively kept Des Moines WA beachfront neighborhood. It was a comfortable stay, and comparatively speaking similar stays elsewhere would most likely be considerably more.
