Can't believe how much snow there was....

As you all made know...recently there has been a lot of snowfall. I was one of the unfortunate ones that got my car stuck at the side of the road in the downtown Kent Area. That's what happens when you have a little sedan with no 4WD. Anyway...I was able to find and call this hotel. They had rooms available and at a reasonable rate. Best ...

Great First Time Experience....

Hey everyone. I was recently in the Kent Area looking at local colleges and needed a place to stay. I decided to try the Holiday Inn in Kent since we are all farmilar with the brand. Also the hotel was flexible and gave me a great rate!

I've stayed at my fair share of hotels and this one was one of the better ones. Breakfast was hot and ready before my eyes were opened (coffee helped that though). I noticed a lot of remodeling being done which is why the cleanliness is only a 4 of 5 but other than that staff was great, very helpful. Definatly worth what I paid.

We have stayed here many times on business. The hotel staff is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant right next door is very convenient with good food.

Nice hotel - would recommend

Had a guaranteed late reservation since our flight was to be in late. No pickup was available since there was no staff that time of night for pick up, but the hotel paid for a taxi ride.

The room was very nice and clean with lots of lights which we appreciated.

Wake up call worked fine and pick up for the ride to airport in the a.m. was ...

My husband was having surgery and I wanted a clean, convenient, quiet place to stay near to him. That is what I got. The breakfast had real choices. Staff were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable. I had a happy experience. Would recommend more outlets in the room. No problem with the wireless internet here.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel. She arrived first and used her credit card to secure the room, I used my credit card to pay at the end because my company reimbursed me for the stay. We later found out she was charged and I was also charged. We made several calls to get the charges off her
account, the manager said it would be done.
It never was. This was over 6 weeks ago.
Poor management. Now she deal with these
incompetents people
