We stay here whenever we go to Ellensburg. It has always been clean and comfortable. We try to get a room in the back which eliminates the road noise. For the budget-conscious vacation traveler, this is the best value in town.

When we stayed this past June, it was in the high 90's out and the shade from the trees outside our balcony was wonderful and kept the room nice and cool with minimal use of the A/C.

The price is great but cleanliness could be drastically improved. Nice having a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. No pool. Room to park rigs.
