THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE.. I WANTED A QUIET NIGHT WITH MY FAMILY AND WAS INTERUPTED MANY TIMES AND WHEN I ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION ON MY CHECK OUT TIME I WAS RUDELY TOLD "NO". I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SUGGEST PEOPLE NOT TO GO.

I really liked the way the staff treated myself and my, "midsized", family. My children are grown and on their own now and I have such fond memories of our time at Rockaway and our time at the Tradewinds. Hotel is right on the beach. Great views, no 101 road noise. Rooms are a good value for the money. Friendly management.

We enjoy the ocean sounds and view. We have always been pleased with our visits regardless of the season and the weather. For us it has been the perfect getaway from our busy life in town.
