bed and breakfast of enchantmentMy mother and I stayed at the Madeleine Inn when it was called Preston House. This was in the 1990's. Every day there was a joy. We stayed in the Victorian 6 times and the adobe one time. Each room was cozy, beautiful and inviting. The breakfasts were all outstanding. Snacks were delightful and there was tea served at 3:00pm. The Madeleine & Santa Fe are superThe Madeleine had great charm & very homey.Our quarters, the "Ivy"were all the way up but once there, the space & comfort were outstanding.There is always a continous array of very nice snacks + home made cookies etc on the main floor. Very nice touch.
