Place was nasty. Indoor pool wasn't worth it, it was freezing and unheated. Very dirty and stained shower, No coffee in room, Breakfast was not put out on time. Hot tub was not working. Carpet was wet from our room all the way down the hall due to a broken pipe. Carpet in our room was wet as well. When asked for extra towels and pillows they said they were out.

So many things. First, the bathroom. Someone had peed in the toilet and not flushed it so obviously the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There was no towels, very little toilet paper, hair in the tub, and a dead moth on the wall.

This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! The accomadations were uncomfortable. It was dirty. It was a fire hazard with all the plugs in one outlet. We were stuck because of all the activities going on in Omaha and you could not leave because they require 48 hrs notice for cancellation and then you would be charged anyway,even if there were any room available elsewhere. This is my third time there. It is not luxurious but it is clean, everybody is nice and my kids love the pool and the breakfast.
Great for families.
