My family had reservations for this hotel when we came back from a trip. Had a confirmation number, and had motel take us from motel to airport. When we arrived back at DFW, I called the RR Inn to pick us up. They said 10-15 minutes. 20 minutes later, I called back. They said 10 more minutes. 10 minutes later they said 10-15 more minutes. ...

Great Price, Excellent Service

This has excellent service and the price is right too. The room was clean and very comfortable. I have stayed here a couple of times and the business room is nice size with a fridge and microwave that is nice to have in a room. There was also a nice desk and work area. This is the perfect property for getting work done and convience to flying out.
a clean, simple, hotel, as expected, good price. However, the experience getting from DFW Airport via the shuttle was terrible! After calling several times and being told "he was on the way" over the course of well over an hour, we finally took a cab, for which the hotel paid, upon my insistence.
Note: the continental breakfast was a bit worse than I expected: commercially prepared pastries wrapped in plastic. Great o.j., though.

Location is great. Value is great. Room was clean.
Continental breakfast is average at best.
I spent some of the money I saved on the room on a good breakfast next door at Denny's, so I still believe that I came out ahead.
