The rooms, especially the sets on the north side of the hotel, are spacious and very comfortable. The manager is friendly and helpful as well. It's one of the most affordable places to stay in town and while it doesn't boast a pool or continental breakfast, it does have great rooms, reasonable prices and is centrally located - within walking distance of the waterfront, downtown and Fort Michilimackinac.

This is definately not a high end hotel, and it has very few ammeneties, but it is great deal nonetheless. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in (even compared to higher end places). It was clean and I recieved service with a smile. Also it is within walking distance o the ferry. If you looking for an affordable visit to a place that takes pride in its rooms, I recommend this Econo Lodge.
