The service while I was a guest was decent. However, upon checkout I was told the $88.48 holding charge would be removed within 20 minutes. This is now 5 days after I checked out and there is still a charge of 88.48 on my card as well as the 79.64 charge for the room. This Best Western was absolutely top-notch! The rooms were clean, the staff helpful, and the location is very convenient. The Camden Park ticket package is an unbeatable value. The pool area was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were better than I expected, they must be a top Best Western, the free breakfast was excellant.

The best part was the staff. We were visiting family over Christmas Holidays and the kids were getting a little restless. The desk person went out of her way to help find activites for us. Gave us a map and called the attractions to make sure they had not changed their hours of operation for the holiday.

We will be back!
