Location was great and there were several restaurants within walking distance, but that is the only thing great about it. The room smelled terrible, mattresses had lots of stains on them, carpeting was damp, massive spider web on ceiling, place was not well lit, did not feel safe enough to even open the curtains the entire stay. I do not recommend families to stay at this location. However, the staff was very kind, and it was very quiet.

We went there for our honeymoon and wanted to save money on lodging so we could spend our money on other things.This is a great basic place to
stay the staff was nice as was our Inclusive King Suite (Handicapped) Theres a good breakfast place in the same location (Stacks) and another
nice place close by (Hilton Head Diner) and Longhorns across the ...

I think they redid their rooms around 2006. We stayed here in 2007 & the rooms were lovely! Nice & clean,good setup. Very quiet.

Have stayed there for the last 3 years and have always had a wonderful experience. Know that you will enjoy the stay also. The rooms are always clean and neat and wonderful danish and coffee in the morning. Very close to everything on the Island.
