Bar beside Pool , cant let kids swim with DRUNKS.
Key Cards did'nt work , always locked out of room.
No internet as stated.Nasty ice machines , no vending areas.Back up in toilets , tub and sinks Changed our room 3 times due to it.
Charged for safe usage in room ( did'nt state that)
Staff useless in all matters , they laughed at every complaints and said we'll check that for ya..
NEVER again will we stay there.

The reputation of Holiday Inn Express was ruined by this experience. Very nice and clean linens. That's all that was good. Place is so old and needs to be gutted if it wants to compete with any other motel.

Have stayed in many HIE's before. Will never again unless I can check it out first.

This place was grotesque. It reminded me of fecal matter stuck to the bottom of my shoe, in the form of a motel. Room smelt of dead babies, at best. I wished to regurgitate on the floor of my room and leave it as a welcome present to the next unfortunate soul to occupy the place.

We traveled 14 hours straight and went to check in, on time. Apparently for the room we reserved, someone rents it like it is their own personal apartment. They were still in it and they told us that even tho we reserved the room with confirmation number and everything, that the other person didn't feel like leaving. I threw a fit, crying ...
