There wasn't much to dislike. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent for the price of the stay. It was a cheap stay, but very impressive. Comparable to rooms costing much more.

I was very pleased with our stay. I made our reservations on line. (They were locked in, no cancelations). But we had good prices and our room was very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. We had 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. I have no complains. The location was great, good shopping & eating establishments. I would stay here again.

I booked an "upgraded room" on travelocity, and was given what the employee referred to as the "closet room" that had no windows and an awful odor. He said my rate was too low for the upgraded room. I had to send my attorney boyfriend in there to threaten him. When we did get a new room the TV was broken, and the maintenance man ...

The staff was courteous. The room however was in need of some updates and remodeling. Old scratchy comforter, tacky pastel art deco design, dark bathroom with low ceiling, and the bed was the worst part. We would have been better off sleeping on the floor. It was like sleeping on a board. At least the sheets were clean.

even though they were under construction... service and cleanliness were excellent... everything seemed to be in its place... for the price... it was worth it. very convenient to fort eustis... plus plus... will stay there agian. new beds a plus!
