Poor quality, poor customer serviceWe paid for 2 rooms ,both non-smoking. One had the lingering smell of smoke, the other was literally saturated with bug spray. The cleaning staff soaked a towel with bug spray and put it between the adjoining doors. Everyone woke up with headaches and sore throats. Housekeeping must have been on vacationI have never written an online review before, but this experience compelled me to do it. I chose this hotel because it was rated very favorably on several sites. And they offered a very low rate. But my room was filthy (plus bugs), and the breakfast items were stale.
