The view is awesome from any balcony. This hotel holds a special place in our hearts and minds. We held our wedding at the Gazebo over looking the bay. Everyone of the staff and owners make it a personal responsibility to make your stay the best that it can be. We had a wedding party of approximately 26 people and everyone was impressed. The location is great as it is just out of the main traffice with an adorable garden and other amenities.

Best value, bhest view, peaceful calm I love it. I have seen peregrine falcons put on a aerial display from my balcony, bald eagles and especially ospreys. I always leave refreshed and inspired.

Had occasion to stay at the end during summer of 05. Very quite,clean, and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will certainly be back. Love the balcony and board walk.

My wife and I stayed here 8/14 to 8/18 2005. The property was immaculate same with the room.The view was outstanding on the private balcony. Trust me on this it's as good as a room in any major hotel in L Vegas.

I researched all of the possible places to stay on Chincoteague and found the Island Motor Inn to be one of the most professional places. Every room has a great view of the bay and a little island, nesting and resting ground for many different birds. The boardwalk is a nice place to enjoy this view. The little cafe served a great breakfast with unique menu items past noon. We have made this Inn our yearly weekend retreat.
