The management is very nice and helpful. It's right next door to Royal Treat, which serves great breakfasts in the morning and terrific ice cream in the afternoon. Just a minute or two from the beach. Will be there for my 3rd Summer in August 2008........and can't wait to get there....Also, Adele and Valentine are Supers Hosts!!

The room we stayed in was very nice and clean we didn't have any problems with the Beach View. We enjoyed our stay very much we would go back and stay again.

Our kids love the Beach View! Funland practically next door, the beach is steps away and there's a great place to go for breakfast directly next door. We love it!

It's totally convenient. The hotel is located 1/2 block from the boardwalk and next door to Funland. They offer a free continental breakfast and free parking.

My entire family has come to the Beachview every year for that last five years for a week at the beach. We love the location, the people, the service, the other guests and the value. We book several rooms all together and the staff has always done their best to book us close together and even give us the same rooms each year if they can. The ...

Close to the beach, more reasonable rates than other hotels at same location. Quaint and clean . friendly service. Good ammendities for check in and check out days like the bathrooms .

As others have said, the rooms are small, but they are clean. All have a refrigerator and a microwave. There is a small continental breakfast, but also very close to many places to eat (nice bagel place across the street and a cafe next store). Some noise from the street at night, but nothing horrible. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at the Admiral as well and I think the Beach View is a better hotel for the money.

We have used this hotel several times over the years. It is in a great location for families. Right next to the rides and french fries and ice cream on the block. YOu need nothing else. The pool is small but no problem!!!

loved the location and the rooms were a nice size and clean. only down side was a lack of parking on the weekend nights.
