The staff are friendly and helpful. The motel is very clean. The price is right. We don't spend a lot of time in our room when we visit Asheville, and the rate the American Court offers makes it possible for us to visit often. It's close to downtown and the old Biltmore Village, and it's convenient to many hiking trails. Definately a family favorite.

It's bare basics & no frills, but if all you need is a very clean place to sleep, with a friendly and helpful owner/manager, you truly cannot do better!
