I think everything about the hotel is average. I have used this hotel once a year for the past 5 years. Our entire fraternity goes for one weekend a year. Maybe it's not good enough for families, but it's a great price and location for a large group like us.

It looks nothing like the picture! It is a stone's throw from a very busy highway(I210).
Would NOT honor our AAA, sink was sticky-like it was not cleaned, had to call the front desk how to operate the shower.
The soap and shampoo were the cheapest I have ever seen!!!
No chain on door and no hotel checkout info or fire escape info!!!

The room was extremely dirty. We wouldn't even shower. The TV was on as though someone had been in the room. TX reception on some channels was the pits. Need I say more?

Won't ever go back. Worst bed I've ever tried to sleep in. Very painful if in one position too long. Was supposed to stay 2 nights and when we asked for a different room, we were told this bed was the best they had and the newest (on the 3rd floor). Also, dead bugs all over the corners of the walls.
