We also got married in front of the little pond outside our cottage 16 years ago. It was beautiful. We paid about 750 for a weeks stay in August. Would love to go back. We did not have a car and really never needed one. At the time we were able to use the private beach that was part of a resort down the street.

I had my honeymoon at The Colony!! Everything was wonderful: the view, the location, the cottage, and especially the staff. I sent them a basket of goodies upon my return home. I have never stayed in a condo set-up that had room service. What a wonderful surprise after a day on Duval St. to come back to washed dishes!! This place is a tropical paradise. I can't wait to return with my 8 yr. old son. It's been 11 years - too long.

My husband and I stayed there for our 20th aniversary and enjoyed it so much that the next year we brought our sons with us. They both really enjoyed the pool which they practically had to themselves. Our youngest who was ten at the time keeps asking when we can go back.
