Location is GREAT! Well, that does it for the up side. Rooms dirty, staff ambevilent, price is reasonable for location but forget comfort.

Do not stay here this place is a real dump its drity and falling apart the railing on the balcony is rusted off so if you were to lean on it you would fall and get hurt when you hit the ground below apparantly they don't have building inspectors here because they would close this place its that bad.The carpet should be torn out you don't ...

The price is right and the views from the rooms are super.

The rooms are large with extra space, yes the place could use a fix up and be cleaner, overall the price fits.

The hotel is a like a little apartment very clean and confortable,is very close to restaurants and the beach. In the future I will go to this hotel again :)

This is the third time that we stayed here. The place was nice and clean, and the rooms are really large. The staff was excellent. You couldn't pass up the location, right across from the beach. Our room was gulf view with large balconies, and we loved to sit out and watch the people and boats go by. It was also very close to everything. We cant wait to go back in October, or early next year.

This place was so dirty. The building is in need repair really bad as well. I did not like anything about this hotel except the location.
