I have stayed at the Blue Spruce motel everytime I go on vacation in the area! The rooms are always clean - the pool is in a good location and never too busy and my family loves being there. The motel is located right near down town Old Forge, which makes this motel an ideal place to stay at an affordable rate.

This was a clean, decent motel, and the price was reasonable. The owner/employee was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bright, but I really can't say much for the old air conditioner in the room. I guess it did the job adequately enough. Overall - it was a good place to stay! The housekeepers were great. Rooms were kept up nice. Friendly Family run buisness. We definately would stay here again.

The Motel itself was decent and clean. Old Forge is very nice overall. However, I found the proprietess of the Blue Spruce to be very rude. She made a scene at the pool when I had my aunt who was staying elsewhere sitting with me watching our children swim. I felt she should have been discreet if she didn't want guests to have guests to say so ...

My family and I recently stayed at the Blue Spruce Motel and we enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were very neat and clean. I would recommend this motel to anyone.
