    Picture perfect location, with absolutely spectacular river front views. The walkway along the river is beautiful. Located on main street with very good restaurants, book store, & movie theater. A true million dollar view at a reasonable price.

    Excellent motel with beautiful views of the penobscot river. Everything is convenient and close to Bar Harbor and Bangor. We love the beautiful walkway along the river which was just outside our door.

    Scenic view of Penobscot Bay, lovely walkway by river, convenient to nearby cities. Excellent service, considerate employees, clean and comfortable rooms, early morning coffee and newspapers available, nearby restaurants and shops.
    There is nothing about this motel or the town to dislike.
