It was my worst experience ever! And the thing is I haven't stay in the hotel at all. Upon arrival I found that my reservation was cancelled (someone called on my behalf a few hours earlier to confirm my coming) due to a late group booking! I was shocked! On my own, in the city which has rather bad reputation for a safety! Staff was very unprofessional in handing the situation!
I do not recommend the place to anyone!
