It's a generic CBD hotel. Service was OK but I was frustrated that no bottled water was available to purchase from the lobby bar and the staff didn't know where I could get some. The room was again, OK but starting to look a bit 'tired' and the bathroom most definitely needed an upgrade.

As my husband and I are smokers. I found that the lobby itself could have been deodorised better. The room we had stayed in had stains on the carpet, which I found very unsatisfactory. Having to pay for a movie that we could not get. The service in the dining area was exceptionally great. I do like the location itself. But I don't think I will come back again.
