The hotel is totally awesome. The view from my room to the river side is great. I love the colorful breakfast buffet at the restaurant. I'd like to come back to Novotel next time.

Excellent hotel...the room is spacious with soft cozy bed & DVD player with flat screen TV.... the facilities at the hotel are indeed modern & well equipped.

Wonderful skyline view from the room...just step away from the hip and happening nightlife in Clarke Quay area...near ...

Situated above a shopping mall and just 5 minutes walk to the famous Boat Quay with so many restaurants open till late at night. Not to mention plus less than 10 minutes walk to reach the Clarke Quay MRT station. What more could you ask?

Here are the things I like about this hotel:
Above a shopping centre (with a 24hr 7-Eleven store, a Starbucks, a McDonald, Kinokuniya Bookstore and a Tourist Information Center). Next is the fact that it's just a 3 minutes walk from the Boat Quay restaurants by the river where you can get any kind of food you like! It is also about 10 minutes walk to the Clarke Quay MRT Station... Perfect location? Indeed...

Having booked a package that offered an 'executive room' we were very disppointed to be in an obviously single room with no access to the bed on one side, no bedside table, lamp etc. and minimal cupboard space. The restaurant and reception were great but the room was disappointing to say the least

Great surprise, the hotel was recently renovated and our room with ClarKe Quay view was just magnificient. The hotel new look is very nice and the service was very good. The proximity of Clarke Quay is a must and the nightlife is the best in town. Looking forward to stay in this hotel again.
