    Inefficient staff that have never been to a five star hotel. I doubt that their manager knows what five star means yet they charge you for it. I was expecting way much more and kept telling my kids about this great hotel we'll be staying at. Boy were they disappointed

    This was the hotel stay I have ever experienced. Everyone at the hotel was happy to go out of their way to please us. The Decor is absolutley beautiful. The wellness center has the best of everything you need. We had a wonderful time. I definetly recomend!!
