Great location for the old town but when I was there 2 weeks ago, the pool was empty and the internet service so slow they recommend you go around the corner to an Internet Cafe.

Restaurant is very average, contrary to the good reviews in some guides. No ironing boards avaiable - you are charged to get shirts etc pressed.

Stayed in this hotel for a night after umrah in 2001. What i loved about the place is the location, which is only 5 minutes walk to Balad, perfect for shopping.
