The service, accomendations and food were as expected considering the location. Fairly safe, if you must go outside, use caution, as a foreigner your every move will be watched and reported. Instead use a random local to run errands for you. Use extreme caution.

I enjoy the 4 am sucide bombing wake up calls!! The food was spectacular!! Wonderful sights, and loved the tours that our tour guide gave us!! Viva Iraq!!!

First of all, let me say that if you are going to to Iraq and stay in a hotel and you are American......you are CRAZY!!!!!! This hotel is filthy, the rooms are filthy, the food is horrible. Staff is friendly, but who knows what is really going on in their mind! I would rather be homeless in the worst part of America than to stay in Baghdad again.
