Where should I start? Dirty rooms, outdate furniture, outdated lobby, overprice food, rude staff, bad restaurants. The position on the Nile is stunning, but do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

One of a kind!!!

This hotel was gorgeous with it overlooking the Nile and there were many shops to keep you busy. Location is great, staff is nice and overall I had an amazing time. Definitely would go back and I truly recomend to all!!!
ONE OF THE GREATEST HOTELS A HAVE BEEN EVER.THE VIEW OF THE NILE WHEN YOU HAVE BREAKFAST OR DINNER IS PERFECT.YOU DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWERE ELSE.THE BUFFET HAD A HUGE VARIETY OF FOOD,AT THE EVENING THERE WAS 3 MEN PLAYING LOCAL MUSIC. Wouldnt go back i found a bug in my salad

Everything was so nice, the rooms were nice, friendly and helpful staff. it also has a nice mall. I liked everything until i ordered a salad, i found a bug in my salad and took about 10 minutes for them to admit that it was a bug. Other then that everything was good.

The hotel is supposedly known for its 5 star quality and elegance. The lobby and reception area are great, always busy with tourists but its somehow too dark and makes u want to sleep. We had a great opportunity to visit cairo and stay there for 2 days . Despite being Egyptian , I admmit that this was the best stay I had in cairo ever . The hotel has an amazing location , and an incrdible view from our room .The staff members are very friendly and helpful . The food was exellent , and we attended a gala dinner in which Isaw an oreintal dancer for the first time in my life !!! I certainly would love to go back there .
