I like Pamir (the North), imasing Zarafshan Valley (in the South), more than 100 beautifull lakes, rivers and waterfalls you can enjoy.
Guys this is a new tourist destination. Food is very tasty, prises are much chipper than in Russia and other CIS countries. So Tajikistan is a Mountains of impressions.

I love this place. It's great!!!! I got great service. My room was really clean. There is lots to do around there.

everything was very bad and garbage everywhere.the rooms had no showers or tv bedding was all riped up and they did not have any food at all

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. The positive reviews must be from the dirty Communists that own the hotel. The most depressing Soviet style nightmare you can imagine.

maybe it is not the best one, and has some problems, but has everything to enjoy being there!!! the location is right in the downtown of the city, taxis 24/7 and bus station!!! people are there really nice and always ready to help, if any need!!!

It's such a nice place to stay over night in Tajikistan. And prices not so bad. I stayed over there 2 nights before I arived to US

Tones of other places in Dushanbe or at least rent a flat in a better place, and much more is happening there which you can not find on the internet!!! use newspapers when in if you speak russs, or use the tourist aganceis to help with accomodation but not to that place please..

Dushanbe now boasts several hotels and guest houses of much better quality than this old, Soviet-style dormitory. Please check different sources and don't be put off by the lack internet resources on Dushanbe and Tajikistan when planning your trip.
