This hotel is vastly overpriced for the poor quality and one should expect much better for the price. This is one of the worst, overpriced hotels ever! The rooms are terrible, overpriced, and of poor quality at best. The "Ivans" should be able to do much better in regards to service.

The Pulkovskaya hotel is conveniently located near the Airport there, but beyond this, it is a very unsatisfactory overpriced stay at best. Very poor service and quality for the price. I should not have been surprised though for Russia. The staff working there is typically anti-Westerner, and do as little as possible to accomodate and facilitate your stay. Not much to impress or encourage you to come back.
