I like the casual ambience and the fact that it is in the center of everything. The people are friendly and courteous. The service is great, the room spacious, the beds confortable, the bathroom luxurious. The cafe bar very good and the prices were good. I have no dislikes about the place. A block from the Gran Via you walk almost anywhere and its safe too.

The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby, bar and restaurant. The bar has the most wonderful bartender, Nario -- he really took good care of us ! The location is absolutely perfect -- close to everything. Rooms are fine, staff is ultra-helpful, food is good. All five us us adored thishotel, and would stay there again in a second. Not at all sterile, and not a ritzy American-type hotel. But lovely and great.
