Comfortable, centrally located and safe. I've stayed there three times already and will return if I get back to Madrid. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Our first stay in Madrid
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/26/04
Our first stay in Madrid was in the Emperador Hotel. The hotel was comfortable enough although we had to ask for our room to be changed as it was tiny - however, hotel staff accomodated us without any problems. Great location - right on the Gran Via. Roof top gorgeous with swimming pool - very pricey for bar food and drinks on roof top.
