some problems with the office

I like the hotel but: the people from the office -especialy the in charge person for reservation not friendly.they do not appreciate the loyalty. i stay in this hotel many times and when i asked for a discount for my loyalty they just refused me.i will never return to this hotel.
KLM lost my bags again so instead of checking in I called the hotel to arrange bags pick-up and did my business. When I finally arrived to the hotel, the bags were still in Amsterdam. However, the Hotel offered a tooth brush, a shaver and a free service to take me to a shopping center to buy new shirts, socks, etc. All that without me asking! + ...

The hotel is quite nice, but for the service they offer in my opinion they are too expensive. The room size is less than average in case you book a so called "home office" which is even more expnsive but has a desk and a high speed internet connection available - this is the difference.
